Our client, a renowned player in the electronic devices industry, embarked on a strategic expansion initiative in Mexico, aiming to establish a state-of-the-art facility in Aguascalientes. The primary challenge was to streamline the process of building the facility, which involved navigating through various requirements, paperwork, and construction phases. The CEO emphasized the importance of creating conditions for more stable global supply chains, shorter lead times, and advanced sustainability.
