Our Methodology

1. Configuration Definition of necessary activities according to scope, plus responsible parties, in a Gantt chart, spanning scope, specs, costs, among others.
2. Communication Working policies between Contractor(s), Prodensa and Client to establish bidding criteria, progress reports, authorizations, quality indicators, among others.
3. Control This is the execution phase where we carry out activities such as: project bidding, site visits, project logbook, budget control, safety procedures, among others.
4. Close Closure activities such as punch-list control, cost report, authorizations, payments, sign-offs, gather documentation, and deliver final report, among others.
